If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange your item or offer you a store credit (store credit value excludes postage paid) within 7 days of the item being received.
The item has to be unworn, undamaged and sent back in its original packaging along with a copy of the original receipt.
Please kindly note that for hygiene reasons, earrings can't be returned.
You will need to return your order at your own cost and by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition. The product is your responsibility until we receive it back.
Shipping costs following exchanges are not included and will be at your own expense.
Bespoke requests and all jewellery that has been customised to your requirements are final sales.
In the event of an item being faulty, we will repair or replace it within 3 months of the date of purchase.
If the item cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you will be entitled to a refund.
Please note that faulty items do not include the following: broken chain, chipped surfaces, general wear and tear including rings that have been bent out of shape.
